We look for properties that meet our high standards in providing an exceptional quality living space to our short stay quests. We work with landlords and property owners to sign long term leases to provide short term stays in recently remodeled units, with updated bathrooms and kitchens including appliances for an awesome quest experience.

ROOMS

OUR PROPERTIES

We provide brand new queen size beds with the highest quality bedding for a perfect nights sleep. Smart TV with free wifi in bedroom and main living space.

OUR SERVICES

Professional Cleaning

After every quest stay our cleaning staff will completely clean entire unit including refrigerator, stove, change bedding, sheets, clean towels, shampoos, conditioners, soap and check to make sure all light bulbs are working. Ensure smoke and carbon dioxide detectors are functioning properly.

Maintenance

Our professional maintenance staff is on call to handle minor issues including leaky faucets, toilets, changing HVAC filters, ensuring smoke and carbon dioxide detectors are in working order including replacing batteries, eliminating the need to call property owners or property management companies on minor issues.

Free Wifi

We provide a Smart TV in main living space and bedroom with free Wifi including Netflex and Hulu to all quests.

Security

Our professional maintenance staff will install Bluetooth front door locks with coded keypad to allow access to units while tracking all activities. Owner will be given own security code to access property.
